Registration fee refund policy for our A or B Baseball, or A Softball Divisions: If a player changes his/her mind after completing the registration process, and communicates to us in writing/email before September 30, 2009 that he/she wishes to not play in the Spring 2009 season, a refund of $125 will be processed.

Registration fee refund policy for The Eaton Senior, Super C, C Ball, Tee Ball, B or C Softball Divisions: If a player changes his/her mind after completing the registration process, and communicates to us in writing/email before the player draft and team assignment of players that he/she wishes to not play in the Spring 2010 season, a refund of $125 will be processed.

Players moving out of town and not playing are also NOT entitled to a refund of fees unless communicated as in above paragraph.

There are no “family discounts” or “maximum family fees.”
